Summary of Professional Experience
Pat Wilson is a highly respected Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and
has several years of experience in public accounting with a local CPA firm and with a
large international CPA firm. He served for more than 20 years as CFO in the insurance
industry. He has served on numerous boards of directors, managed investment portfolios,
interacted with regulators and legislators, and is active in the San Antonio community.
For several years, he edited Todays CPA, a leading magazine for the
accounting profession.
